A SOLUTION: If there is somebody looking at this, I found a solution, created by RxLaboratory (creaters of DUIK for AE). It is part of their Blender Experimental Tools Kit here: rxlaboratory.org/download-rx-experimental-tools-for-blender/ They added a Texture Animation Property to Image Texture Node (under T-panel->Item). Bless them
