Adjust the confirmation dialog with pressing spacebar
I want to delete an object by pressing "x" -> "spacebar" like a CAD.

I initially thought Yeah why not.
However, the current keyboard shortcut for this is "Enter", like in any other menu.
You can navigate through the menus with the arrowkeys (Right hand) and press enter (right hand). Pressing space is a left hand operation, so it would require two hands to navigate, which isn't optimal.
And anyways, the pop up appears right under the mouse cursor, so it's really straight forward to just click on it when it appears. I'd suggest adjusting your habits for Blender rather than adjusting blender to fit your habits
