Wireframe Visibility For Selected

Related to this Wireframe Visibility Per Object/Object Type topic.

What The Issue

We have options to disable wireframes for mesh objects or disable "extras" for non mesh objects (it still wireframe something). Inconvenience of those options is that they are too general - everything ON or OFF.

What Proposed

Unlike this hide "Extras" behavior on GIF.

Add option to show wireframe overlay for objects if selected in case when it disabled.
