custom icons and better interface customization floating side bar panels too

explanation and proposal: 1.theme icons

we have themes why not custom icons .custom icons will be a feature of themes . so you can have Maya style or max style icons for blender.

2.the interface customization

we will be able to move everything in the interface (toolbar included) we can also have floating panels from the side bar like you can take one panel out or hide it you can unhide an addon panel by going to workspace in properties panel and uncheck the filter button of a certain addon also

note: themes should have custom interfaces maya theme will have a maya like interface old classic blender theme will have a 2.79 like interface for people wishing to relive the memories

benefits: better visuals and a maya theme with a maya like customized interface will benefit studios who will be switching to blender so they won't have to retraining most of their staff also maya and modo users who trying to switch to blender will also benefit from it will help blender users who have been using 2.79 for reasons like terrible computer or other reasons like "blender 2.79 has everything I need"
