Add "options box" to menu items to allow going straight to the operator panel without having to perform an operation first.

Often when following tutorials and I want to exactly match what the instructor did, I will do any random thing just to get the operator panel so I can type in exactly the values the instructor used.

Blender doesn't respond well to interactively changing the proportional editing radius interactively on my trackpad so I often just move a thing anywhere to get the options panel to open so I can type in exactly what I want.

In Maya many menu items have a box next to them so you can get to all the options of the operator immediately. I would like to see something similar in Blender.
