Offset option in SnapTool
Brief task: It would be very useful to have an automatic offset option (like Shinkwrap) when using the Snap tool. Description of the problem: Lately I've been working a lot with decals, which are 1 common mesh but divided into polygons. To quickly place the decal in the right place on the object, I use the Snap tool. However, it places the decal exactly in the same coordinates as the polygon of the object to which it is snapped. This causes Z fighting so you need to add a normal offset to avoid this. Doing this manually for each decal is extremely inconvenient and tedious! I think this can be extremely useful.

Which side it will offset if it is considered, i mean if the faces are flipped then how blender knows which direction you want to offset. I am assuming it should calculate based on the comparsion of some dot/cross product viewing angle vector and face vector (Normal/Flip).
