Healing Brush / Spot Healing Brush

Hello wonderful Blender developers,

I hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, I want to express my deep admiration for the incredible work you all do in advancing Blender. Your dedication and innovation never cease to amaze me.

With that said, I was astonished to realize that despite the myriad of powerful tools available in Blender, we still don't have a healing brush or spot healing brush feature. These tools are staples in other graphic and image editing software, and their absence in Blender seems like a surprising oversight.

Incorporating a healing brush and spot healing brush would not only streamline the workflow for many artists but also elevate Blender's capabilities in texture and image editing. It would be a valuable addition that I believe many in the community would greatly appreciate.
