Make curve point move to cursor with handles

After Blender lost ability to select hadles with point, there's one messive regression that bothers me - curve points move to cursor without handles, which breaks curve flow, It forces instead of just clicking curve point, to reposition view just to carefully select point with handles.

I suggest to make curve points move to cursor with handles
