Collection's Disable in Renders should allow a driver function

It is possible to use a driver for an individual objects "Show in Renders" checkbox, but not allowed for a Collection "Disable in Renders", although one can Copy as New Driver the Collection "Disable in Renders". This seems like an oversight/omission.

For the Collection level, I can "copy as new driver", but cannot use a driver:

For the object lever it is allowed.
