Non-destructive Modifier for Randomize vertices

EDIT: Turns out Blender can already do this with another methods (explained in comments). Thanks!

In Blender, you can go into edit mode for a 3d mesh and randomize the position of its vertices. This makes objects look more imperfect, which makes it look more real.

docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/modeling/meshes/editing/mesh/transform/randomize.html

I'd like to have this in a non-destructive modifier that randomize the verts, but not permanently, unless I apply the modifier. Like a subdivision surface modifier.
