Option to disable activate a window by hovering over

Greetings,

It would be really nice to have an option to disable activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse. I much prefer to click in an window and keep that in focus even though my mouse is not on top of it all the time. This is especially annoying when scripting and the mouse wanders to another window and I loose focus on the scripting window.
