pose assets to support bone properties
I'd like to control multiple constraints from a single bone property using drivers. At the moment you have to add a bone as an alternative to custom properties, and limit their movement from 0 to 1, then use that to drive constraints. All this messing about is because pose assets don't support bone propeties (the ones you set at the bottom of the bone tab under custom properties).
Would make life so much easier due to fewer bones, and the ability to see and edit all available properties by name in one panel.

As of 3.5 anyway just testing this, if you have a bone with custom properties they will get stored and be able to apply, you have to make sure it is selected when creating the pose asset.
I sort of understand what you're saying here, but could you elaborate with an example to help illustrate your suggestion?
I have a concrete example on my Model, although there should be much better examples.
Before I've learned how to use Properties in Rigs and started to use a few of them, my character could instantly change its Feet stance, from 'Flat Foot stance' to 'High Heel stance', through a Pose Asset that would simply affect the Y Axis's Scale of an Ankle Bone; and, in turn, this sudden Y Axis's Scale change (from 1,000 to 2,000) would then Drive some Rotational change in Mechanical Bones present in the Foot Rig.
What happened at that time is that the Ankle Bone was itself free from Drivers, so I could immediately Pose the Ankle Bone; I mean I could manually change its Scale on its Y Axis, thus it was still possible to simply employ a Pose Asset (e.g., 'High Heel stance' thumbnail) for this kind of control of the switches of the Foot stances.
However, now that I'm using a Property for that particular switching feature, there is the requirement of an additional Driver in the Rig: and it is located exactly on the Scale Y Axis for the Ankle Bone (at the Transform Panel), so that I cannot Pose it anymore (it is 'Driver-Locked'), and consequently the older Pose Asset does not work anymore —I had to give up on it and Clear it out— so now the only way to make the switching event for the Foot stances is to change the toggle Property value (between Integers 1 and 2 for example for this case of the Y Axis Scale of the Ankle Bone), but it would be cool if we were still able to recall this kind of Property switching event also from the Pose Library, with Pose Asset(s).
I hope this example helps. Best regards.
OK, I give up trying to put an image in the reply. Website's like something from the 80's!

Ah, yes, that's clear now! You have my upvote 👍
Thanks for the example, pxy-gnomes ! That's all clear now.
