Frame Range Option in the Dopesheet

In the timeline we have an Option to change the Frame range, but it`s missing in the dopesheet editor.

if you mean Start and End frame, you can use the shortcuts (Ctrl Home for Start). More generally I wonder why Timeline and Dope Sheet are not merged...
