Minimize Panels in UI

Hi, I couldn't find a similar proposal, so here it is. I'd like to see the ability to minimize/maximize UI Panels by Right clicking or double clicking on the header. Such behavior can be seen in Maya and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. This will give you more space when working with stacked panels and long lists of options as in the Properties Panels, without the hassle of dragging window sizes. Please see the attached picture for an example.
