Clear out all custom Transform Orientations

During modeling, the user can create many custom Transform Orientations, which may clutter the menu. Blender currently offers only one way to delete them—one at a time.

Perhaps there could be a "CLEAR ALL CUSTOM ORIENTATIONS" button to avoid the repetitive process of deleting them individually.

Thanks for the suggestion! Made a "Good First Issue" design task for someone to help out with this and the overall UI/UX of Custom Transforms that's pretty terrible right now.
