Make Driver additive rather than replacing the original value

Currently, if a property, like a bone rotation, has a driver, it is no longer possible to pose the bone manually. There are many situation where you want a bone to be affected by something else, but you still want to pose the bone manually. If the effect of Driver is additive, this wouldn't be a problem.
