Provide a link to the latest changes in LTS download page
I might be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure there used to be a handy link on the download page to quickly see the latest changes (commits) made to the latest LTS release, not just the big "What's new" page. I'm talking about this link : developer.blender.org/docs/release_notes/4.5/corrective_releases/
Well at least I usually find it easily and this time I had to dig for a while to find it... Did something change on the website ?

Your screenshot shows the regular download page. For most people they just want the latest and know about its features, so we point to the "What's New" page.
Each LTS release has its own page with the list of fixes, both in the developer docs and in blender.org
Even better if it would have some sentence like, love it tho
"New nodes! Compositor GPU! Yadda Yadda!" Click to see more
and that would be a link
