Adjusting the soundTrack duration with NLA strip

if you have multiple NLA strips to a Speaker object you should be able to change the soundclip/track duration in correlation to the NLA strip duration, to avoid soundtrack overlap and for further development of the software/addons. Or at least a check box for this so it doesn't affect other development.

i'm working on an addon at the moment and this is one of the limitation. the addon adds soundtracks relative to movement.
