Allow choice of interpolation method for nodes that do field interpolation

For nodes that perform explicit field interpolation, such as Accumulate Field and Evaluate on Domain, it would be very useful to have choices of interpolation methods. As stated in the documentation, 1 and 2 , interpolation follow fixed rules, either being the mean values described in 1, or the special rules of boolean domain interpolation described in 2.

Those are often useful, but sometimes we may want to perform those interpolations using other rules, such as min or max values, or "true if all are true" instead of "true if any is true". This would allow with a simple switch to perform selections and operations of greater complexity.
