A grab/push tool for texture painting mode

We need a tool which can push textures with a smooth falloff similar to photoshops liquify brush. sometimes a texture just sits a little bit off to the side , a line doesnt 100% align with the geometry, for example the dark parts of a soldier's body armor bleed a bit over on his otherwise green shirt which he wears under the armor.

of course we can go into uv editor and use the grab tool there to push the uv's there but thats unintuitive kind of .

the grab texture tool would be mathematically (at least as a starting point) the inverse of the grab tool from the uv editor and push the uvs in the opposite direction you move your pen.

if it would work in the 3d viewport would be king ! then you can very gently push the texture a little bit here and there , where it doesnt sit 100% in the place.

pretty easy to understand, no?

please give feedback

Just trying to add more feature to your Swiss knife, try to check out ARMORPOINT, it's (almost) a FOSS, it's similar to Substance Painter and might help you in some moment.
