More Up to Date Steam Betas
It'd be really nice if the latest beta branch would be added to the list of betas in the steam menu. Currently, daily - Alpha exists, but there's not something like "Latest Beta."

I think this would facilitate mass testing by the community before the Release Candidate.
I normally use Blender's native installer; however, I like to test and try out new tools, especially after the Alpha version has closed. But I have to keep downloading the zip file and checking for the latest update because the Beta doesn't appear on Steam. In short: I don't have time to check for the latest update, I'm working, I prefer not to mix it in production, etc... a thousand excuses not to do it.
I use Steam to test simple files, even for production, because that way my preferences don't get mixed up with the native version.
Another option would be to provide a link to the closed Beta to embed in Steam so that it can be updated.
