Asset Browser - image, video and audio files

Wouldn’t it be nice if the Asset Browser somehow also supported image, video and audio files.

I am thinking especially of the Video Sequencer and the Compositor. The functionality to Just drag and drop stock images/videos, sfx, music, overlays, etc. onto your timeline or use vfx assets like smoke, explosions, muzzle flashes directly in the Compositor via the Asset Browser, would be a big time saver.

Another interesting use case could be corporate design, having direct access to all your logos, YouTube overlays, etc. without the need to browse through the File Browser could benefit the workflow.
