Shape masks in VSE

Hello, I have a suggestion, it is not something new, but it would be nice to be able to implement the creation of masks with shapes that could be animated as they are used in after effects or hitfilm and that could be created from the toolbar or through the shift command As I show it in the mockup. The VSE has a lot of room to evolve and I think this would be a great addition. Thanks for your attention.
