What does Library in Library Overrides stand for? -> Renaming to just Override

Hi,

I have been currently bogged by the Linking of Assets. When I link a Collection and create an Override, why is it called a "Library" Override? Is there some secret library of things in the back-end of Blender that I dont know about? What does it refer to and shouldn't it just be 'Override' or 'Linked Asset override'?

The Library Override UX is unclear. I use it daily and I still can't figure out what most of it does or doesn't do. Item #10: blender.community/c/rightclickselect/k795/

'library' makes super sense. You build a library and use it from there in another file. Than you 'override' those data blocks from that library piece.

When leaving 'library' you only make it confusing and non-telling what it actually does.
