Add option to display onion skin with modifiers applied

Currently, the onion skinning function displays lines without any modifiers applied.

This is inconvenient especially with using screen space thickness geometry nodes asset which is introduced in 4.3 release notes. developer.blender.org/docs/release_notes/4.3/grease_pencil_migration/
