When adding keyframes in time streching mode, add them to corract location

I don't know if this is a bug or unfinished feature in Blender, but currently if you slow down or speed up the animation in Blender using "time stretching", it prevents you from working properly with keyframes. The tool splits the timeline frame indicator into 2, and if you add a new keyframe, the keyframe appears in wrong location that doesn't correspond with the actual frame the animation is at.

I think it would be useful if the keyframes appeared in correct location even when time stretching is being used.
