NLA Editor UI Update > Open the Graph Editor when Editing Strips

OK To be Specific: When Inside of the NLA Editor

and Using the "Start Tweaking Strip Actions (Full Stack)" (Tab)

it Should Change the Window to the Graph Editor One

But when you Press "Tab" it should go back to the NLA Editor...
