Jump 10 Frames using SHIFT+Up Arrow
This was a feature I used a lot in 2.79. Jumping 10 frames forward or backward using shift+up/down arrow. Can that functionality be brought back?

This isn't a gone functionnality. It's just that the default keymap is being enlighted so that there are more keys available for everyone to use their own.
To get back this shortcut, just create them in your Inputs:
@-L0Lock-: I really loved the option that amarant has to change that to whatever arbitrary number you want, I usually would do it on 8's, for animation is waaay more useful than 10.
