Post "New Scene" behavior: make naming field 'hot'

When you create a new Scene, the naming field for the Scene is not active.

If it were active, users could immediately give the new Scene an appropriate name.

There's not much downside to this, because if the user is going to do anything else, they will have to click somewhere else anyway.
