Fourier Transform Geo Node and Shader Nodes

It would be useful to have a node in GeoNodes and Shader nodes that can apply complex transforms and their inverses to a data set. Ideally the input would be 1 to N dimensions with the same number of dimensions of output. In geonodes, transforms can be used to create effects, filtering data or simplifying geometry. In shader nodes, it could be useful for all kinds of shader stuff.

I want too, especially in geometry nodes. Not only 1D, also need higher dimension like 2D.

If you really have a good usecase for FFT then you should know how to create it from Sort Elements node... i just do not know what fot you would need it\

The problem with creating it from existing nodes is the speed. The best you can get is On^2 and that is extremely expensive for vectors.
