Outliner, adjustable indentation
Outliner has very large indentation value, it could be way smaller or adjustable, like in VS Code for example.
Example - I often need to work with armatures, and like to keep outliner window rather narrow, so skeleton (or any other) hierarchy often gets hidden when it goes out of the window frame on the right edge of outliner.

Great suggestion. I've just logged onto right click select to create a similar post and I've found yours.
I find myself fighting with the outliner at times, constantly dragging it's size bigger to view my data.
