Customize Blender File View
When opening the Blender File View it would be amazing if the layout of this window could be stored.
E.g.: extended Bookmarks-Panel, Minimized "System" and "Volumes"-Panels
This would streamline navigation. Personally I always minimize "System" and "Volumes" since I consider "Bookmarks" and "Recent" much more important.
It could be done by either locking certain panels or by remembering the last state.

Marking this as In Development! There's a work-in-progress patch to get the File Browser to remember the open status and sort order of panels. Hopefully lands for 5.3!
