"Grid offset" for mantaflow

Like dynamic domain but possibility to animate dynamic domain by user. So i am suggesting feature like grid offset for example in TurbulenceFD.

help.jawset.com/en/c4d/container_parameters/container here is description "Grid Offset There are two ways of moving the fluid container in space during simulation. You can move the container object like any other object in the scene or you can this Grid Offset parameter. Moving the container as an object will move the container and the fluid in it. If you're moving the container using the Grid Offset parameter, only the container will move. The fluid will stay in place or be clipped at the new container boundaries."

it was very handy to animate the container without fluid movement in some scenes and this is what i am missing from mantaflow and i haven't found solution. Dynamic domains works ok but i can not animate domain without fluid movement :/
