Bisect alingment option
Okay, I know there was a couple of proposals about Bisect. Here is another one. I would suggest adding an Align option to the bisect tool. See mockup. The idea is to make Bisect an even more powerful tool in modelling.

Have you ever try Snap Bisect addon ? This new tool with some ring and one arrow is so useless... They have to add just ordinary XYZ manipulator and ability to snap to anything instead of this thing.
* @IIIFGIII * I`m just being realistic. This alignment is a small change to implement. Therefore, more chances to see it in master.
Another reason is to reduce the amount of mouse clicking. 3 clicks vs 1 to place the cursor.
