make 2d command
a make 2d command as in rhinoceros, which can flat a 3d view from your model and gives you a clean line work to export in illustrator, :D :D is that possible already?

You can do this using Freestyle. With a bundled add-on, you can export SVG .
No, it is not the same at all. Rhino make 2D is the best command to make all edge intersections become visible. And it is very precise. I always export to Rhino, when I need to make a 2D view of a 3D model. It is better than Freestyle, better than Revit, better than Sketchup. It would be very valuable to have in blender for doing axonometries of houses, cars etc. - making blueprints of anything. And is is simpler to use. Just one command and you get a perfect line drawing.
And it is to scale.
It isn't useful to point to another piece of software and say, "I want this feature, add it." Because other users and developers do not have your experience with other software, you need to be specific in showing exactly what kind of results you expect to have (with images/examples) and how you might expect the workflow to be in Blender.
Blender doesn't exist to clone other software so you don't have to pay for it. It's graphics software with its own approach to doing things. A complete proposal would explain the features that you need in a Blender context and how you would expect to access those features from Blender's interface.
