Option to ignore the Sequencer Preview Inside Metastrips to only show the final video output Preview

Currently when you toggle into a metastrip, it changes the preview window to what the inside of the metastrip looks like. If we were able to choose the final video export preview instead, it would unlock the ability for sound design inside of metastrips and multiple other flexible workflows. It would also reduce the amount of video channels needed in a Video Sequencer file.
