Mouse scroll wheel Zoom

Basically wherever your mouse pointer is > when you zoom in by the mouse scroll wheel , it zooms to the mouse pointer

This well save a few steps like :

Default : Zoom in / Zoom out > shift + Hold scroll wheel

New : Zoom in / Zoom out to wherever the mouse pointer is .
