Grease pencil folders!
Hi! I'm an art/ animation student from Sweden exploring Blender's 2D animation capabilities with the grease pencil. I find the tool amazing and the program in general to be intuitive (if a bit hard to navigate at times). The 2D animation is really great, and a very nice (and free) alternative to a broke art student.
That being said, there is one feature I've been aching for, and it's quite a simple one. Folders! See, when you are animating something in 2D, the layers stack up rapidly which makes it hard to organize. I suggest adding a folder option in the layers viewport that you can name and contain certain layers in.
Best regards A broke student from the frozen wasteland that is Sweden.

Good news, it's already done as part of the Grease Pencil v3 project. You can test it in the experimental daily builds. It will be released together with Blender 4.3 hopefully.
