Ctrl+LMB Drag To Cut Node Connections
This was a huge feature, used it every day! Can we please get it back? I looked in the preferences and it says that it's still the shortcut, but I can't get it to work.

ALT usually use to negate other actions, so why not using Hold ALT + Drag to cut?

You need to set active tool (bring up the toolbar with T) to the plain Arrow selection. It's annoying, and already a papercut. I guess and hope It will be addressed soon.
It was moved to the "select" tool, as @lsscpp said. The reason it was moved to that was due to box select tool having something already bound to Ctrl+LMB, being remove from selection. So in order to maintain that they moved it to a different tool. I highly agree though in saying that this is a regression, but I'm sure it's having some thought put into it, as it has been a topic for a while now. Pablo noticed this and talked about it in blender today a couple of times.
