Non-random point instance collection

Currently, the point instance node when set to collection, is completely random. The id attribute can already be customized and randomized with an attribute randomize node. However, you cannot choose what id corresponds to which item in the collection. So rather than choosing the instance through a seed, make it an attribute that can be customized beforehand, and give the user more control over probabilities and other matter.
