Auto detect if file is already open before opening new window
Here's what happened: I had a file open that I was importing into Unity, so I was bouncing between multiple windows and file browsers. At some point I accidentally opened the file again from the file browser, made some changes, and then saved it before closing it. It was only after I was finished and started closing out all my windows that I realized Blender was still open, so I saved and closed the project.
It's only when I re-opened the file that I realized the second Blender window I closed (which I thought was the first) was an older version of the scene, and I accidentally saved over the newer version when I went to close it out.
When opening a new file from explorer, a lot of programs will detect if that file is already open, and instead just switch to that already open window. It would be nice if Blender could do this too, as it's a small change that can potentially make a huge difference.

Without preventing from having two instances with same file, but showing a warning for sure
* @Darknoodles * If you want 2 windows with the same file couldn't you just spawn a 2nd window from the first file's window. They will be the same instance of the same file in 2 windows that know about each other.
* @Darknoodles * Yeah, this is probably the best way to handle it
* @thinsoldier * , isn't that what "New Window" already does?
* @thinsoldier * It would allow to open the same file twice, do 2 different things on each and save them as depend files afterward. It sometimes do this (even if that's not that often). But in anycase, i think forcing something to happen, or not letting freedom of actions is counter productive. That's my opinion of course ^^
