Make Add Object tool behave according to common sense user expectation

The Add Object tool implementation in Blender has unfortunately been botched due to how primitive creation behaves. While common sense user expectation would be that the tool adjusts it's behavior to the most common use case per shape, instead all the shape modes of the tool share same primitive creation settings, making the tool infuriating to use and requiring user to constantly shuffle around overcomplicated settings panel just to be able to create the primitive properly, or use extremely unintuitive modifier key combinations:

Proposed solution: Each Add Object tool shape mode should have it's unique creation settings and those creation settings should accommodate the most common use case for given shape, instead offloading this responsibility to the user whenever user switches the shape to be created.

Right now, in this poor state, Add Object tool is just not worth using.

just hold alt and shift while you make the initial circle shape. It's not an 'unintuitive modifier key', it's literally how every other program makes circles.

* @testure * "literally how every other program makes circles." Then you have not used 3ds Max for example. And they indeed are unintuitive, as you need to use different hotkey combinations at different stages of creation for different shapes. You always need to pause and think about context you are in, then you need to remember the combination, and only then you can start the creation. I do not understand how can you defend this.

What is even more insane is that the modifier keys will NOT work if you press them prior to clicking mouse button, they will only work if you press them after you started drawing the shape. It's so incredibly clumsy.

* @rawalanche * I have never had to 'pause and think' what context I was in or remember the key combination. It's two modifier keys and they behave the same no matter what 'context' you are in:

it's actually really simple: Alt: - scale from the center Shift: - scale proportionally

No offense, but this sounds like a case of "bad muscle memory" where you've just gotten used to doing it in a weird way and need to retrain your brain. There's nothing unintuitive about the alt/shift modifier keys and it's really not that much to remember if you commit yourself to actually trying it.

* @testure * There's nothing wrong with my muscle memory. The whole point of muscle memory is consistency, so I do not get how you can possibly defend that, unless you are deformed by using just Blender and not having a clear overview of all the other 3D modeling software out there, which commonly handles these things way more intuitively.

I mean just look at for example BoxCutter, the, by far, most popular Blender hard surface addon. Even that one creates cutter shapes intuitively, based on common sense expectation.
