Eyedroper modifier key to assign target bone in one click

Recent 4.4. update inclusion of eyedropper tool for bone target sub-menu of constraints is truly awesome quality of life improvement. I propose to take it one small step further by having the assignment in the bone sub-menu, be done in one click when using Object target eyedropper.

For example, user would select the eyedropper tool, and while clicking on the bone with it, they'd also hold down modifier key like Ctrl, which would in turn assign the target object, as well as target bone under the mouse cursor. This would streamline the process to half of the actions needed.
