Change hue value to 0.0-359.9

As of Blender 4.3, hue is a value from 0.000-1.000 in shaders. It would be nice to at least have the option to have this value go from 0.0-359.9.

Reasons

• Many people who use image-editing softwares like Photoshop and Krita are used to hue being from 0-359. It would be a value range they are familiar with. • Many people like to use pure colors, like pure orange - a hue value of 45 - , pure yellow at 60, teal at 180, etc. They are familiar with these exact hue values. • No addon seems to offer this capability. The closest one I found was Coloraide, but it only goes from 0-359, not 0.0-359.9.

How many hues do you mathematically need?

If you go into an image-editing program and set the color to 100% Saturation and 100% Value, then spin the hue around, observing the r, g, and b values you will see that they increase from 0-255, then back down again for each channel. This means you end up with 256*6=1536 unique possible hue values. The 0-359 that Coloraide provides is a mere fraction of it. A 360 hue value system MUST have an accuracy of at least 1 decimal place: 0.0-359.9 which is 3600 hue values.

The 0.000-1.000 values do provide enough hue values, but they are not intuitive for people who come from the normal 360 value system.

One could make the argument that we should allow for 3 decimal places to make room for 48-bit depth, which has 256*256 values per channel (393,216 hue values), but even I doubt someone would need to set a color picker hue with that much accuracy.
