Remove "Context" word from Property Editor tooltips.

In Steam version all tooltips in Property Editor contains word "Context" in first line and description of a tab in second. For me it's hard to read swiftly from tooltips what a tab is it. I suggest to remove the "Context" word from tooltips in PE at all, or to put it on second line.
