Time tracker in blender file [feature request]
It would be nice if blender could track the time that the user spends working on a file. Either by mouse is moving (+ 60 or so seconds after idling, this could be a customizable value) or the simpe version of as long as blender window is in focus.
Someone had a similar feature in the past but it no longer works. developer.blender.org/T35700
Krita has this feature forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php perhaps it is a good case study.
Time tracking in document is a great tool for anyone who take Commissions or work and get paid for blender projects, or people who need to do time estimates on projects or simply the curious. In program tracking in krita has saved me many times already, so it's a feature I would love to see in blender as well.
Where to put this info? I would have expected a "file information" section under "file" similar to kritas "document information" to view this kind of data. I would have expected some general stats and information as well, like the date the file is created, how many tris etc are in it, and any metadata.

This is a good idea for creators of external addons but not for core team. There is a huge amount of work all time so % of probability is too small.
* @ViAdvena * Ryan inch updated the script, so this feature is now available via this developer.blender.org/T35700
Fun stat to have
