Index Of Nearest enhancements

The Index of Nearest node is incredibly useful, but I have two suggestions that I think would greatly expand its utility.

First, a Boolean toggle to make the Group ID field exclude elements with matching IDs, rather than include them.

Second, an Integer field to select the second closest, third closest, etc.
