Camera Input for the Render Layers Node?

Would this even be workable? Because if I could define cameras between different render layer nodes, it would solve some pain points for output.

Not to mention frame ranges and tokens in filename output per render layer.

That sounds like a good idea to me. I've been using the Compositor for a while; I see efficiency and versatility value in redistributing Compositing, Per Camera Object. I'd even go a bit further: why not also implementing, in such a Node, a specific Frame Range for the Target Camera Object? [i.e., ON/OFF Checkbox; and, if turned ON: input a Frame Range]

I would also like something like this. now the workaroud is to make linked scenes, and add a camera marker to change the cam depending on the scene. Or with only one scene : render everything with cam A, then change the cam to cam B and change the output folders in compositor (dont forget that!! xD), and rerender. I tried to make a simple addon to save custom frame ranges and link them to a specific cam, to be able to render several sets of frame ranges like that, but the camera change logic wasn't working...
