Bulk editing tags in Asset Browser

Currently in 4.4 the Asset Browser has no way to edit Tags in bulk.

By that I mean selecting multiple Assets and adding a tag to all of them or removing a tag from all of them.

This could also be extended to the other fields such as adding a license, copyright holder and author.

It would make the creation process of building and managing large Libaries much easier. I know there is currently the restriction that an asset tag can only be edited in the origin file.

Maybe a seperate tag management system that allows for editing, adding or removing global tags.
