Seperate Blender 3d from Blender 2d
Blender is dedicated to 3d so using blender to create 2d products like motion graphics is now extremely hard and inefficient. I propose supporting more for 2d by changing blender to blender 2d and blender 3d. By doing that and adding more tools and features like in after effect, we will be more performant and timesaving for many 2d artists. I hope developers will consider my suggestion carefully or somehow make it easier to work with 2d.

I feel that splitting Blender into 2D and 3D is like breaking up the family of developers and community. Your proposal has a great risk to stall the development progress. I'd also rather see a broadening/refinement of both 2D and 3D workflows than imposed limitations because features would be removed from either side - who is going to judge on that then?
The GP system and the way you work in 3D space for 2D is.. a different paradigm. Tools do need to be refined for workflow, but making two software is not going to be that logical.
